We are building a 24/7 Cloud Operations team in the follow-the-sun approach that is owning and running our production services and being responsible for the quality of the service for our customers. Our customers are all types and sizes of companies and individuals running blockchain-driven systems with high load and high demand on availability and reliability. We are actively implementing a well-architecture framework and SRE practices in our customer-first approach. We are currently looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Cloud Operations Engineer with a passion for reliability, someone who can manage hybrid infrastructure workloads, build robust automation, as well as troubleshoot blockchain protocol infrastructure issues of any complexity


  • Provide emergency response, either by reacting to symptoms and alerts
  • Maintain and continuously improve the reliability of our production services
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotation
  • Improve monitoring and alerting of our platform
  • Perform regular tasks/maintenance on our platform
  • Identify automation points and proposes ideas on how to improve efficiency
  • Improves documentation all around, explaining the why, not stopping with the what


  • Experience in operating mission-critical services, which includes supporting many customers, managing incidents (monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation), and being responsible for reliability/uptime/SLA
  • Production experience on Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, and InfluxDB), and public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
  • Proficient in Linux and the shell
  • Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude. When you see something broken, you can’t help but fix it
  • Have the urge to document all the things, so you don’t need to learn the same thing twice
  • Professional or personal exposure to Web3 technologies
